Dorothy Sisneros is a dynamic leader with three decades as a healthcare leader, consultant and member of the academic community. Her ability to engage people at every level of an organization creates synergy, energy and excitement for challenging tasks. Dorothy directs large-scale projects by connecting people and capitalizing on their individual strengths. She moves people and ideas to excellence, focuses teams to meet their goals and transform complex ideas and processes into positive outcomes. Dorothy is a seasoned executive coach, facilitator, speaker, trainer, and team builder.

Dorothy has extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, service excellence, on-boarding processes and organizational dynamics.  Dorothy works intensively to coach C-suite executives using a peak performance process. In her healthcare portfolio, Dorothy created and sustained an innovative Cardiac Rehab program in which an interdisciplinary team collaboratively met the needs of the cardiac patient population.  She served as faculty member and Department Chair in a Community College system for over 15 years.  Over the past 10 years, she consulted with health care, business and educational organizations to implement programs and strategies to result in improved key organizational metrics. 

Dorothy is responsible for the Executive Talent Program - a component of the Talent Management Initiative for the Maricopa Community College District. She works with senior level leaders and their teams to move them to peak performance. She is a DiSC® facilitator.  Dorothy earned a B.S. in Education (University of Arizona), M.S. (University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse) and M.B.A. (University of Phoenix). She is a member of The American Society of Training and Development, Society for Human Resources Management and the Organization Development Network.  Dorothy is the 2001 recipient of Maricopa Community Colleges' “Women of Distinction” award for her work at Phoenix College.

Amy Steinbinder is a highly respected healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience who has published extensively about patient safety and service. Amy's passion is working with leaders and staff to create engaging work environments in which professional nursing can be practiced.  Amy has the special ability to help people dissect complex organizational issues and address them as manageable problems. She is enthusiastic, thoughtful and uniquely able to apply  research into practice.  A seasoned facilitator and trainer, Amy has expertise in nursing systems, clinical practice innovation, and professional nursing practice.

Amy has served in a number of executive roles including Administrator for Service Excellence, Administrator for Patient Safety, and Regional Director of Clinical Practice for Banner Health system. She works closely with clinical staff, physicians and organizational leaders to create a culture of service and safety. Relationship building and team training are key components of these cultures and she helps clinical staff and physicians enhance their communication and teamwork to promote reliable clinical delivery. 

 Amy uses Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry principles in her facilitations and training. She is a DiSC® facilitator and a certified Patient Safety Officer. Amy has extensive experience in RCA (root cause analysis), FEMA (failure mode effect analysis) processes, service excellence and organizational dynamics. She was a Magnet hospital appraiser for the American Nursing Credentialing Center for 12 years. Amy has served on a variety of nursing leadership boards including Arizona Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau. Amy earned a B.S in Nursing, M.S. in Nursing and Ph.D. in Nursing. She is certified in Nursing Administration through the American Nurses Association, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
