  • Facilitated leadership development at all levels through four years of change and transition. The hospital was designated as a "Best Place to Work."
  • Partnered with a Fortune 500 healthcare company to develop and implement a Service Excellence Initiative for its 80+ hospitals. Highlights of the work over four years included training and ongoing support of 45 facilitators, implementing the system roll-out, developing supporting curriculum, updating performance systems and evaluating metrics. Outcomes for the Initiative demonstrated reduced turnover, decreased contract labor and improved employee and patient satisfaction.
  • Facilitated the creation and successful implementation of a new patient care delivery model.
  • Conducted Magnet preparation and mock site visits with successful Magnet Designation
